Bankruptcy Management Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Management Officer to guide lending support teams and members through bankruptcy processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and responsive service to ensure timely assistance for members
• Utilize bankruptcy expertise to ensure accurate and compliant handling of cases
• Monitor bankruptcy queues and support timely responses and case progress

Required Qualifications:

• A.A. degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of experience with bankruptcy collections
• PC skills with the ability to learn new software
• Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment
• Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to meet objectives
