Job Summary

Supporting a growing litigation and restructuring practice, the full-time Bankruptcy Paralegal will manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including preparing and filing pleadings, while working in a hybrid environment with potential remote days after onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, petitions, and motions related to bankruptcy cases
• Manage case dockets and deadlines, ensuring adherence to all timelines
• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, discovery materials, and court filings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of six years of litigation experience with a focus on bankruptcy law
• Strong drafting and legal research skills, particularly in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings
• Thorough understanding of bankruptcy procedures, rules, and filings
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management systems
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
