Key Responsibilities

• Open and review new Legal Referrals in internal case management software
• Download and verify necessary documents from client systems and PACER
• Request and follow-up on missing information to ensure timely file processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking
