Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Intake Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and review new Legal Referrals in the internal case management software
• Download and verify necessary documents from client systems and PACER
• Request and follow up on missing information to ensure timely file processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking effectively
