Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Processor to assist with the review and preparation of Chapter 13 Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and submit Chapter 13 Plans to clients
• Communicate and follow up with clients regarding necessary information
• Review and update client systems while providing support to attorneys

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Previous law firm experience preferred but not required
• Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Ability to interpret client systems and communicate with various stakeholders
