Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Intake Processor to manage and review legal referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and review new Legal Referrals in the internal case management software
• Download and review necessary documents from client systems and PACER
• Request and follow up on any missing information or documents needed for file processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking
