Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Bankruptcy Processor responsible for reviewing loans and taking necessary actions to protect client interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare referrals for Motions for Relief and assist with necessary legal documents
• Review loans for impediments and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Review electronic court mail and update client systems accordingly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience in bankruptcy and/or mortgage servicing
• Knowledge of LPS and familiarity with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcies
• Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
