Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the remote National Bankruptcy Processor will manage loan reviews for potential legal actions, prepare necessary documentation for Motions for Relief, and ensure compliance with legal requirements while monitoring delinquent accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare referrals for Motions for Relief and assist with required documentation for legal actions
• Review delinquent accounts and case dispositions to determine appropriate actions and ensure compliance with negotiated stipulations
• Monitor electronic court communications and ensure local counsel has necessary information for filings

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience in bankruptcy and/or mortgage servicing
• Proficiency in LPS software and familiarity with Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies
• Strong numerical and basic accounting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
