Job Summary

A finance company has an open position for a Bankruptcy Single Point of Contact.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate directly with the borrower
  • Respond to debtor requests and/or messages
  • Properly document all debtor communications

Qualifications Include:

  • HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of default mortgage financial services experience
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
  • Ability to utilize and understand multiple servicing systems, applications and reporting
  • Ability to perform multiple functions throughout the Bankruptcy SPOC process
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of regulatory and investor/insurer requirements and timeframes
