Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process assigned volume within Bankruptcy functions according to established SLA and quality requirements
• Review and code accounts based on bankruptcy notifications received through various channels
• Service calls related to Potential and Protected Bankruptcy while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in Bankruptcy regulations and processes preferred
• General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
