Base Maintenance Material Controller

Job Summary

Supporting the efficient completion of heavy maintenance and modification activities, the full-time Base Maintenance Material Controller will ensure timely delivery of required materials, coordinate inventory availability, and manage purchase orders in a dynamic aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill all required material to support scheduled maintenance visits
• Identify material requirements and coordinate sourcing and inventory management to meet timelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal repair shops while addressing discrepancies in orders and shipments

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in aviation management, supply chain, procurement, business, or related fields, or comparable work experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Materials Management, Materials Coordination, or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
