Job Summary

A company is looking for a Base Management Manager, Early Life and Moves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce customer churn within the first 90 days and manage base strategy for customers experiencing a move
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes of churn and enhance onboarding processes
  • Monitor performance metrics for early life and movers' retention, utilizing data for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in base management, retention, lifecycle strategy, or customer analytics
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses, preferably in internet or telecom sectors
  • Proven success in reducing early life customer churn
  • Strong collaboration skills with CRM and CX teams
  • Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies
