Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer calls to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues, focusing on AI and advanced platform capabilities
• Guide customers through complex implementations, automation workflows, API integrations, and database optimizations
• Proactively identify and address adoption barriers to accelerate customer success and platform utilization

Required Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or similar environments with an understanding of institutional workflows
• Technical proficiency with the ability to learn and apply new tools, particularly no-code/low-code platforms and AI features
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, especially with databases, automations, and integrations
• Self-directed and adaptable, capable of independently mastering evolving platform capabilities
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences with high satisfaction scores
