Batch Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Batch Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot scheduled batch jobs using enterprise-level job scheduling tools
• Provide production support for batch processes, including incident management and issue resolution
• Execute ad-hoc and scheduled jobs/scripts in UNIX/Linux environments and manage shift-based responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in batch operations and scheduling tools
• Experience with UNIX/shell scripting and SQL queries
• Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility systems batch framework
• Ability to provide on-call and weekend support for batch operations
• Experience in change management processes and documentation maintenance
