Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and execute batch jobs using enterprise scheduling tools
• Analyze batch failures and implement long-term corrective actions
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application development and support
• 4+ years of hands-on production support experience
• Strong experience in batch job scheduling and monitoring
• Hands-on experience with Dollar Universe or similar scheduling tools
• Strong proficiency in UNIX/Linux shell scripting and SQL
