Batch Operator Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Batching Lead responsible for overseeing the blending of powders and liquids in the Batch Room area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in blending batches of liquids and powders following batch work orders
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met throughout the tank farm area
• Train and develop Batch Operators while performing inventory transactions to maintain accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting; leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
