Batch Scheduling Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Batch Scheduling Operator to support IT operations in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduling tools such as Automic and Control-M
• Create and manage incident and request tasks in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate support and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with scheduling tools like Control-M or Automic (preferred)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (preferred)
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM EST, Monday-Friday)
