BC Licensed Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Project Manager in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with repair estimates and provide weekly updates to the Project Management Team
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare detailed scopes of required repair work and issue work orders to trades

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restoration or construction experience
• Management or supervisory experience is an asset
• Familiarity with the BC Building Code and WorkSafe BC regulations
• Valid BC driver's license with a clean abstract required
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
