Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Faculty member.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses using an electronic learning platform and interact with students effectively
• Provide timely feedback and grades to students while ensuring the accuracy of their submissions
• Maintain availability for student support outside of course discussions and attend residencies as required

Required Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field with valid BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• Significant record of contributions to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Preferred teaching experience at the degree level
• Commitment to supporting the learning needs of students in a distance learning environment
• Appropriate credentials and maintenance of licenses and certifications required for teaching
