BCBA Certified Behavioral Analyst

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time BCBA Certified Behavioral Analyst will observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and document a range of behavior challenges while working with individuals and staff
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavioral analysis service plans
• Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or a related field
• BCBA Certification and LBA
• One year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention and staff training
• Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
• Experience conducting research in behavior analysis within an applied setting is preferred
