Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team, the full-time BCBA Certified Behavioral Analyst will observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Observe and document a range of behavior challenges while working with individuals and staff
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavioral analysis service plans
- Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in psychology or a related field
- BCBA Certification and LBA
- One year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention and staff training
- Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
- Experience conducting research in behavior analysis within an applied setting is preferred
