Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote - BCBA REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of training technicians
Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training
Document new hire progress and review training content for accuracy

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree and BCBA Certification required
1+ years of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
Ability to manage time effectively and motivate others
Experience in evaluating training content and performance
Flexibility to support staff outside of regular hours
