Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Solutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and workflows for clinical ABA applications
Create and maintain prompt libraries and documentation for clinical use cases
Monitor and document AI system performance, preparing regular quality reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in technical analysis roles within healthcare/behavioral health settings
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare standards
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
