Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried BCBA Clinical Manager MD will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors in a school and home-based setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update client programs monthly, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
- Provide monthly supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring compliance with service quality standards
- Document clinical time and session notes accurately, submitting progress reports to the Clinical Director on time
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional in accordance with state regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
