BCBA Director of Family Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers of children with learning and behavioral needs, as well as neurodivergent professionals and their managers
• Provide guidance on behavior analytic strategies, school systems, and navigating diagnoses while ensuring regular follow-ups with clients
• Log notes, recommendations, and referrals, and respond to client messages within one business day

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree or above
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles
• Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
