Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Director of Family and Clinical Services - BCBA will conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and neurodivergent professionals, emphasizing ongoing client engagement and providing guidance on behavior analytic strategies and navigating the school and workplace systems.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers, focusing on behavioral strategies and support
- Ensure regular follow-ups with clients and log notes, recommendations, and referrals promptly
- Provide education on navigating diagnoses, the IEP process, and self-advocacy in the workplace
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or above
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles
- Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals in the workplace
