Job Summary
To educate students in Applied Behavior Analysis, the part-time BCBA Faculty Member will utilize online technology to facilitate learning, provide timely feedback, and adhere to university policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with students through the eCollege platform and ensure timely communication and feedback
- Teach assigned courses and verify the accuracy of student submissions and postings
- Maintain availability for student support outside of course discussions, including regular online office hours
Required qualifications
- Earned Doctorate in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA-D), or a related field with valid BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Significant record of contributions to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Preferred teaching experience at the degree level
- Commitment to supporting the learning needs of students in a distance learning environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
