Job Summary

A company is looking for a BCBA Floater.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough individualized skill and behavior assessments using various tools
Develop and oversee customized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
Provide ongoing professional development and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents

Required Qualifications and Education

Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA
Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery experience
Active BCBA certification is required
At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs
