Job Summary
Providing specialized behavioral intervention and assessment services, the full-time BCBA Licensed Intervention Specialist will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer short-term interventions to clients with developmental disabilities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of clients with developmental disabilities and produce detailed assessment reports with treatment recommendations
- Ensure regular interventions for clients and caregivers, meeting DMHC and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with service providers and review treatment plans to provide clinical feedback and consultation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 4+ years of experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis services, particularly with individuals with ASD
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based methodologies for individuals with developmental disabilities
