BCBA Licensed Practicum Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Professor of Practice & BA@S Online Practicum Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee student experiential learning site placements and supervisor assignments
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for experiential learning coursework and thesis projects
• Provide supervision, support, and training to supervisors and practicum faculty within the program

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field required
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising students seeking Board Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching graduate-level behavior analytic coursework
• Demonstrated ability to work with students across a broad range of social and personal identities and perspectives
