Job Summary
To support families in implementing effective ABA strategies, the remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA - New Mexico Licensed) will deliver parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, focusing on coaching caregivers and enhancing their skills to foster meaningful progress in their child's development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify caregiver strengths and opportunities for intervention in daily routines
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that prioritize functional outcomes and natural environment teaching
- Coach and provide real-time feedback to caregivers to ensure effective implementation of intervention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
