BCBA Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote - BCBA REQUIRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of training technicians
• Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to all new hires
• Document new hire progress through training programs and evaluate training content

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree Required, BCBA Certification Required
• 1+ years of experience in the autism clinical field as a BCBA
• Ability to manage time effectively and assess performance for improvements
• Experience in motivating, developing, and directing team members
• Flexibility to provide support outside of regular hours as needed
