Job Summary

To enhance employer engagement outcomes globally, the remote BD Systems Associate will design, implement, and optimize an AI-powered business development ecosystem while focusing on integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring effective adoption across teams on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated BD tech stack, connecting various tools and centralizing employer engagement data
• Deploy AI-enabled solutions for lead identification, outreach automation, and support new country onboarding
• Train BD teams on new tools and workflows, creating guides to drive adoption and continuously improve systems based on feedback

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with tech tools to improve business processes, with bonus points for systems implementation and API integration experience
• Ability to design end-to-end workflows across multiple tools and teams with a focus on scalability and usability
