Job Summary
To create exceptional customer experiences, the full-time BDC Sales Coordinator will manage communications with potential vehicle buyers through phone, email, and text, setting appointments for dealerships while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Business Development Center (BDC) process in alignment with company strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries from the CRM within 15 minutes during store hours
- Make 50 - 100+ outbound contacts daily to support appointment goals
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Call center, customer service, or sales experience required
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly)
- Flexible schedule availability, including some weekends
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
