Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead outbound efforts across Employer and Public Sector accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach BDRs while fostering a high-performing team culture
  • Build and execute scalable outbound playbooks targeting decision-makers in Employer and Public Sector accounts
  • Monitor, report, and optimize key BDR performance metrics and provide weekly performance updates to leadership
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience in digital health or healthcare SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring BDRs
  • Strong understanding of prospecting cadences and relevant industry stakeholders
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound goals using data to guide decisions
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
