Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead outbound efforts across Employer and Public Sector accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and coach BDRs while fostering a high-performing team culture
- Build and execute scalable outbound playbooks targeting decision-makers in Employer and Public Sector accounts
- Monitor, report, and optimize key BDR performance metrics and provide weekly performance updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience in digital health or healthcare SaaS
- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring BDRs
- Strong understanding of prospecting cadences and relevant industry stakeholders
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound goals using data to guide decisions
- Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
