Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of 10 BDRs through hiring, onboarding, and coaching
- Set and track pipeline targets, ensuring accountability and performance
- Develop and iterate on the outbound prospecting playbook, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams
- Proven track record of building or scaling outbound teams that meet pipeline targets
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and ramping BDRs
- Strong coaching skills with a hands-on leadership approach
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
