Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of 10 BDRs through hiring, onboarding, and coaching
  • Set and track pipeline targets, ensuring accountability and performance
  • Develop and iterate on the outbound prospecting playbook, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams
  • Proven track record of building or scaling outbound teams that meet pipeline targets
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and ramping BDRs
  • Strong coaching skills with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
