Job Summary

Driving pipeline as a founding BDR Manager, the full-time remote role will focus on outbound prospecting, building foundational systems for future BDRs, and managing the outbound sequencing strategy while achieving sales-accepted opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Run outbound sequences, prospect target accounts, and hold discovery conversations to drive sales-accepted opportunities
  • Develop outbound scripts, sequencing strategies, and inbound qualification criteria while optimizing systems for future BDRs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to ensure alignment on account prioritization and lead acceptance criteria
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in BDR or sales development roles, with a proven track record of meeting outbound pipeline targets at a B2B technology company
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms, CRM systems, and conversation intelligence tools
  • Strong ability to build systems while coaching others for improved performance
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in BDR workflows, including prospect research and call analysis
  • Comfortable collaborating with sales leadership on shared targets and workflows
