Job Summary
To lead and scale an outbound prospecting team, the full-time BDR Team Manager will hire, coach, and drive a high-velocity BDR team focused on generating new-logo pipeline in the racquet-sports market while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs, managing their performance and career growth
- Establish and scale the outbound prospecting motion, including cadences, sequences, and messaging
- Own pipeline-generation targets and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the VP of Sales
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading/managing a BDR or SDR team
- Experience establishing an outbound motion from the ground up
- Track record of managing a team to high-velocity activity and pipeline metrics
- Strong coaching and enablement skills
- Data-driven approach to targeting and performance management
