Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute creator strategies for campaigns and refine success metrics
• Liaise between the campaign management team and internal groups to meet client needs
• Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing specializing in the beauty industry
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Established network of managers, agents, or influencer contacts
• Strong negotiating skills and experience managing individual campaign budgets
• In-depth knowledge of major social platforms and the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
