Beauty Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Beauty Marketing Coordinator, a temporary part-time position, supports the Makeup and Fragrance Marketing team with product operations, launch execution, and daily brand support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product code creation and SKU tracking
• Support daily marketing operational needs and manage marketing newsletters
• Coordinate purchase orders and fulfill product requests accurately

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, CPG, or marketing environments
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Resourceful and proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Experience with SKU management or product databases is preferred
