Behavior Analysis Assistant Associate Professor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach graduate-level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis, specifically in Organizational Behavior Management
• Contribute to curriculum design and Departmental development
• Provide academic advisement and field supervision to ABA students

Required Qualifications:

• Earned doctoral degree (BCBA-D preferred, but not required if primary background is in organizational behavior management)
• 2-5 years of experience in a higher education setting preferred
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Behavior Analysis
