Behavioral Economist Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Behavioral Economist Product Manager, the successful candidate will develop and design experiments to enhance user engagement and habit adoption, focusing on rapid learning cycles and growth metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop experiments to reduce friction in sharing delightful moments
• Design experiments to measure the impact of habit choices on user behavior
• Create product experiments to evaluate completion rates and habit adoption, analyzing tradeoffs on successful actions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with rapid experiment cycles and prioritization in high growth areas
• Ability to prototype and suggest design improvements based on user feedback
• Experience conducting user interviews and running pilot programs
• Proficiency or willingness to learn SQL, R, and/or Python for technical tasks
• Deep understanding of experimental design, including A/B testing and quasi-experiments
