Job Summary
A company is hiring an Account Lead for their Behavioral Health team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the behavioral health delegated vendor
- Monitor task completion, delegate performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on process improvement and issue remediation
- Act as the internal expert for vendor operations and be the go-to person for all behavioral health vendor-related topics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience using analytical tools, interfacing with technical teams, and presenting complex information
- Project management experience and familiarity with healthcare markets and regulations or behavioral health is a plus
