Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate in Case Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to engage and motivate consumers towards recovery and wellness
- Assist in connecting consumers to appropriate psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial services
- Identify and address high-risk needs of consumers through collaboration with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- Active, independent, and unrestricted license in the state of CT
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health setting
- Computer proficiency and high-speed internet access from home
- Permanent residence in the state of CT
