Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate in Case Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to engage and motivate consumers towards recovery and wellness
  • Assist in connecting consumers to appropriate psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial services
  • Identify and address high-risk needs of consumers through collaboration with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications:
  • Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field, or Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • Active, independent, and unrestricted license in the state of CT
  • 2+ years of experience in a related mental health setting
  • Computer proficiency and high-speed internet access from home
  • Permanent residence in the state of CT
