Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Care Planner Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to behavioral health clinical teams to enhance member engagement and care delivery
• Conduct outreach to educate members about specialty programs and assist them in locating services
• Collect information on patient progress and perform miscellaneous administrative duties related to care transitions and authorizations

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health care
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple systems
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
