Behavioral Health AR Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a motivated team focused on client success, the full-time remote Behavioral Health AR Team Lead will manage day-to-day claim follow-up, provide mentorship to peers, and ensure accurate documentation of collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point-of-contact for team members regarding claim follow-up and questions
• Collaborate with insurance providers to monitor outstanding claims and conduct follow-up activities
• Perform daily QA reviews on AR Specialists' work and create monthly reports on insurance denial trends

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable within the behavioral healthcare space
• Leadership expertise and ability to manage critical deadlines
• Two years of behavioral health experience preferred, including EMR/EHR knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
