Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Weekend Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete soft checks and Green VOBs through electronic verification methods
• Review and verify patient eligibility, coverage details, and benefit information
• Document and relay benefit information to provider offices in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred
• Experience with insurance portals and electronic verification systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
• Adherence to strict confidentiality standards
