Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communications regarding outstanding balances and inquiries
Manage revenue cycle tasks including claims submission, follow-ups, and reconciliations
Obtain pre-authorizations and conduct monthly eligibility checks for clients

Required Qualifications:

1 year of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
1 year of experience in Behavioral Health Billing
Experience with verifying insurance
Ability to work independently
Spanish speaking is a plus
