Behavioral Health Care Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Associate Analyst, Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to behavioral health clinical teams to enhance member engagement and care delivery
• Conduct outreach to educate members about specialty programs and assist them in locating services
• Perform administrative duties including resource searches, handling Transition of Care requests, and processing clinical cases

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health care
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency with computer skills, including navigating multiple systems
• High School Diploma
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
