Behavioral Health Care Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Behavioral Health Care Manager will efficiently accept patient handoffs, develop therapeutic relationships, and guide patients in managing their mental health while ensuring effective communication with healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept patient handoffs and continue care by developing rapport and creating a safe therapeutic environment
• Guide patients in developing skills for managing problems and triggers, while educating them on medication adherence
• Monitor patient progress and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record system

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in technology, particularly the Google Suite for remote work
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and strong documentation skills
