Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, or strategic execution
• 3+ years of experience in strategic execution of programs within healthcare or behavioral health care
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
